The Elizabeth E II has a reputation for serving meals of the highest quality and the crew are trained to offer a high level of service.
Meals prepared for you by our skilled chef and on a typical charter include a cooked breakfast, morning tea, lunch and a nightly three course dinner. This may be your catch of the day or a Thai-infused gourmet delight, succulent steak or a simple Italian-inspired dish. A cheese platter and hot or cold savouries are usually served prior to dinner.

The Elizabeth E II uses a variety of local wholesalers to ensure the quality and freshness of the meals prepared on board.
Special dietary requirements can be catered for but must be advised at least 7 days prior to departure.
It is our aim to ensure your journey is tailored to your requirements.
Should you have specific dining needs, a special event or function, please contact us to discuss your trip intentions, otherwise all meals are included in the charter rate.
The Elizabeth E II has a well stocked bar including draught beer, spirits and a variety of Australian and NZ wines.
As we are a fully licenced vessel, we regret that no alcohol may be brought on board. If you have specific requirements that we do not stock, we are able to order in your choice with at least 7 days prior notice. The crew are on hand to offer bar service throughout the day and evening.
